Copywriter & Social Media Strategist

to join our small power team.

You will be in charge of:
- development and implementation of social media campaigns and strategies across channels, in line with the organizations’ communications goals and strategies
- content creation and managing the day-to-day handling of all Fine Acts channels, including social media, blog, etc.
- growing and caring for a healthy online community around these assets
- following social media trends and news, and adapting content to engage in a smart way 
- defining key performance indicators for different channels and efforts, and monitoring their success levels

You should:
- have some proven hands-on experience in a similar role
- speak and write fluently in English on a professional level 
- have very good written and verbal communication skills
- having excellent web content writing copywriting skills
- have operationally good design skills (ie. you can create and edit great web visuals with Canva and/or Photoshop/Illustrator)
- have experience with overseeing, planning and delivering content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or other platforms
- have sensitivity towards a wide range of social issues
- be diplomatic and calm under pressure 
- be highly proactive, and a reliable team player

We are based in Sofia and while we accommodate partial remote work, we prefer if you are based in Sofia too.
