We are Fine Acts – a global nonprofit creative studio for social impact. We develop effective solutions on the intersection of human rights, art, tech and science, that make people care and act. We believe in the power of creative multidisciplinary play. Some of our recent projects include Artists for Countdown – a collaboration with TED that created 10 public artworks on the topic of climate change in 10 cities around the world; the international creative challenge Reimagining Human Rights; Postcards from Forever – a postcard writing campaign targeting anti-Black racism; and The Greats – a unique online platform for free socially engaged visuals by leading global illustrators and designers.

We are looking for a full-time

Community & Outreach Manager

who will be responsible for:
- content creation and development for Fine Acts and The Greats’ online and social media assets, including social posts, blog pieces, articles, interviews
- growing and caring for a healthy online community around these assets
- outreach to and active communication with new and existing artist collaborators, creative partners and stakeholders
- development and implementation of marketing and comms campaigns and strategies across channels
- defining key performance indicators for different channels and efforts, and monitoring their success levels
- work with the team on crafting and executing ideas to further develop and expand Fine Acts’ and The Greats’ scope and impact.

You should:
- have some proper experience in the fields above
- no, really, we appreciate a can-do attitude but you need to have relevant experience
- speak and write fluently in English on a professional level but you don’t necessarily have to be a native speaker
- have sensitivity towards a wide range of social issues
- have operationally good design skills (ie. you can create and edit visuals with software)
- be both a badass multi-tasker and a i-focused-on-the-task-and-did-my-best-and-now-it’s-great-tasker
- be diplomatic and calm under pressure 
- have very good written and verbal communication skills
- possess the ability to communicate clearly with a range of people from diverse backgrounds and cultures 
- be a great and reliable team player.

We are based in Sofia and while we accommodate partial remote work, we prefer if you are based in Sofia too.
