We're seeking a CAMPAIGNS & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER to amplify our impact worldwide.

Your mission will include:

• Developing compelling campaigns that inspire action and engagement, grounded in research, evidence, and insights

• Crafting and executing powerful communication strategies that amplify our social impact initiatives

• Leading our strategic communications across traditional, digital and social media channels, including creating content and working with creative partners for their implementation

• Building and nurturing relationships with media partners and engaging in PR interviews

• Measuring and optimizing campaign and communications performance through data-driven insights

• Providing campaigning and communications training to activists and nonprofits

• Nurturing and building different communities, including artists, activists, and nonprofits
  

You'll thrive here if you:

• Are a versatile professional, bringing multifaceted experiences and diverse skillset to the table

• Have proven experience leading successful advocacy or social impact campaigns

• Excel at turning complex issues into compelling stories that move people to action

• Bring strong project management skills and attention to detail

• Demonstrate excellent writing and editing abilities in English

• Show proficiency in digital campaign tools and analytics

• Possess understanding of social justice issues and advocacy communications

• Can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment 

• Have experience managing relationships with diverse stakeholders

• Enjoy working collaboratively while taking ownership of projects

We're based in Sofia and while we accommodate flexible working arrangements, we prefer candidates who can regularly collaborate with us in person.
