COMMUNICATIONS & COMMUNITY MANAGER

As our Communications & Community Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we tell our story, engage our audiences, and build a strong community around our work.

Are a versatile professional, bringing multifaceted experiences and a diverse skill set to the table.
Have proven experience leading social impact campaigns.
Excel at turning complex issues into compelling stories that move people to action.
Bring strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrate excellent writing and editing abilities in English.
Show proficiency in digital campaign tools and analytics.
Possess a deep understanding of social issues and advocacy communications.
Can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Have experience managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Location & work setup
We’re based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and while we accommodate flexible working arrangements, we prefer candidates who can regularly collaborate with us in person.
