SPRINTS: Reimagining Democracy is a global series of 48-hour creative bootcamps bringing together 100 visual artists across 10 countries to explore what democracy could become.
Developed by Fine Acts in collaboration with One World or None (OWoN), the initiative invited artists in London, São Paulo, Sofia, Manila, Ramallah, Goa, Johannesburg, Athens, Cairo, and Istanbul to look beyond familiar images of elections, parliaments, and protests – and imagine new ways of shaping our collective future.
Inspired by emerging approaches to participatory and deliberative
democracy, the artists created 100 original artworks offering bold, diverse, and unexpected visions of democracy’s possibilities.
Now, these visions are free for the world to use.
All artworks are available on TheGreats.co, the world’s largest platform for open-licensed social-impact visuals. They can be freely downloaded, shared, and adapted for non-commercial purposes by activists, educators, organizations, and anyone working to inspire positive change.
